CMon 19.x and newer (2019-03-19)
For an analysis of the connection between CMon server and clients please zip and send us the log files of the CMon server and the client:
On the CMon Server
Stop the service "Management Server".
Open the directory
"C:\Program Files (x86)\NovaStor\NovaBACKUP Central Management Console\Service\Logs."
Copy/zip/send the files
Restart the service "Management Server".
On the client
Stop the service "Backup Agent Client Service".
Open the directory "C:\Program Files\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP".
Copy/zip/send the file "agentsvc.log".
Restart the service "Backup Agent Client Service".
If these files are >300MB (applies to server and client):
Please delete the log files after stopping the services. Then restart the services. Wait a few hours and some backup cycles until the files have been filled with information again. Then copy/zip/send the files as described above.
