I just received my NovaBACKUP xSP / Remote Workforce License key and it is not working

In most circumstances, this happens when you are trying to copy and paste the license key from the PDF or email directly into the license tab of the configuration manager.
The issue is that when you paste the license key, you are including the carriage returns or line breaks.
You will need to paste the license key into a notepad and remove the line breaks, before copying and pasting the license into the License tab of the configuration manager.
