Using Google Drive with NovaBACKUP v16.5 and above
Last Updated: May 29, 2018 04:09PM PDT
First of all you have to have the Google Drive client software installed on the system along with NovaBACKUP. Download and then install the Google Drive client software via this link, if you have not done so yet, on the PC with NovaBACKUP installed on it:
Install the Google Drive client software and then exit out of NovaBACKUP software and then re-launch NovaBACKUP. In NovaBACKUP, when you go to set your backup destination path for where to store the backup in question you will select "Google Drive" from the list and save the job.
The backup sets (.NBD files) that are created to your root Google Drive folder will be synced using the Google Drive client itself once NovaBACKUP is done creating the backup set to that folder. Remember this is a file sync that Google Drive is doing of the NovaBACKUP file level backup set (.NBD file).
