Welcome to the NovaStor Help Center.
The NovaStor Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for our NovaStor customers. The Help Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. You can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or create a ticket for NovaStor SMB or Enterprise software. If you cannot locate the answer in the knowledge base then you can submit a support request. You are able to manage your own tickets after logging in to the Help Center to be able to view the history on the tickets as well as respond directly to your ticket.
